We do not store any credit card details.

Terms of Use: Orders, Deliveries, Cancellations & Returns
Ordering Information
You can order online using PayPal or by post with a cheque or postal order. If you have any questions, please email us.
Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 2 – 21 working days of receipt of your order and payment, for items in stock. If we are temporarily out of stock of a particular item, we will try to advise customers of the delay on our website at the time of ordering.
If your item is not in stock, we will backorder for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
UK parcels are sent via royal mail or parcel force and overseas orders usually via Air Mail unless a package is too large, in which case suitable alternative will be found.
Payments
Buy safely online using PayPal.
UK buyers can also pay by cheque or postal order: simply print out your Order from the PayPal shopping cart and send it along with your payment to the address below:

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If items are received damaged, please contact us within 14 days by e-mail before returning them and keep the packaging as this may be needed in order to claim from the postal authorities. We will refund in full any goods that are received damaged, providing you keep the item and all the packaging the item was sent in for us to review. We will also refund any return costs incurred as the result of receiving an item damaged in transit.
Any items returned for refund will be checked and should be in it's original condition fit for resale. If not the cost of refurbishing will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
We do not cover the postage cost of items returning to us for exchange or refund. (However, we do not charge postage to have the exchanged item sent back to you.)

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed with us we aim to have it sent out to you as quickly as possible. You may cancel your order if you change your mind, however, if we have already dispatched it to you, please return it to us unopened and we will refund the value of the goods but not the postage.
If you choose an alternative item, you will be liable for the return postage costs.

UK Standard Service:
Spend under £10, P&P = £3.50
Spend over £10, but under £20, P&P = £4.75
Spend over £20, P&P = £5.75
Delivery time: 10 to 14 working days
Recorded Delivery:
All items sent out are to be signed for.
Special Delivery:
This service is available for UK deliveries only and requires a signature upon delivery. The cost for this service is dependent upon the weight of your parcel and is only available for packages up to a maximum weight of 10kg. Prices start at £3.85 and increase accordingly. Please note that while we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after midday there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day.
UK Priority Service:
Add £1.50 to each above price band.
Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days
Or £3.00 to each above price band for Next Day Delivery.
EIRE: £7.50
Delivery time: 7 to 10 working days
EUROPE: £7.50
