Each belt comes with an approximate 6 - 8 inches adjustment to allow for seasonal clothing.  Measurements should be taken whilst wearing light clothing, and in the position you wish to have the belt sit, this would be the size you require.
The correct use of the attachment point O rings is to use BOTH together, not separately.
The "D" rings on the side of the belts are designed to attach light items and NOT dogs .
